CONSIS.C questions

CONSIS C is 100% customisable and comes in 3 widths, and is flexible in height and length. Its modular design means it can fit into both smaller community pharmacies and larger, high-volume dispensaries.

aYes. The CONSIS C is 100% flexible in its design and is customised to your spaceIt can have the option of an autoloader which is internal or external to your machine. Our team works with you to design a configuration that fits your dispensary layout, patient flow, and growth plans. and in the right quantity. At Willach, we recognise a pharmacy dispensary is a unique and highly
specialised work environment that is home to a variety of tasks and processes – and this requires a layout and systems that are functional and practical.

Our dispensary solutions are specifically designed to help you achieve:

  • An optimal dispensary workflow
  • A professional, modern and spacious dispensary design
  • Increased accuracy levels and the prevention of errors
  • A high level of stock control and improved medication management
  • A relaxed working atmosphere
  • More time to focus on core business and customer advice

As experts in the field of dispensary solutions we appreciate that each pharmacy business is unique and one size does not fit all. Together, we will liaise with all relevant stakeholders to work towards a dispensary design that solves your challenges and meets your business objectives.

Our team of professionals will guide you through a comprehensive analysis of your dispensary layout, stock and staff resources as well as workspace and storage requirements. The result is a custom design that provides operational efficiency as well as improved quality and cost outcomes.

CONSIS C is built with German-engineered precision and is renowned for its reliability. It also has inbuilt sensors and cameras meaning we have sophisticated diagnostic tools available to assess any issues. Across the robotic range in Australia we proudly can say we have a 99.9% uptime and when combined with our local, directly employed service technicians, you can count on consistent uptime and fast support.

The machine is fully designed, engineered and manufactured in the Willach facility in Germany. The outer shell is made from steel which has strength longevity and durability, particularly compared with melamine/ timber outer which can be found on a competitor machine.

The shelving is made from glass which has been proven in testing to have the greatest strength and durability.

The CONSIS C is supplied with a dedicated Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS). In the event of a power outage, the UPS keeps the system’s PCs running for around 30 minutes, allowing the operator to generate a report of medication locations so the pharmacy can continue to operate manually. Once power is restored, the robot resumes normal operation.

By handling repetitive stock management and dispensing tasks, CONSIS C frees your staff to spend more time with patients. Autoloading saves hours each week, while seamless dispense software integrations assist with marking off stock from your wholesaler orders.

The drugs are stored within a secure, locked unit with a keyThis gives you the ability to authorise staff to access the machine.

No major upgrades are typically required. Our team will assess your existing IT and dispense system setup and work with your IT support team to make this as smooth as possible for you.

Yes. We partner with finance providers to offer flexible leasing and repayment plans, helping you invest in automation without straining cash flow. Read the blog about financing options here

Many pharmacies experience a return on investment within 3-4 years, thanks to labour savings, improved space utilisation, workflow efficiency, and increased patient service capacity.

Yes. Willach is an approved Fred Marketplace supplier and CONSIS C has full, proven integration with Fred Dispense Plus. This means prescriptions flow directly from Fred to the robot without manual workarounds or delays.

Yes. All CONSIS machines are programmed with the universal WWWKS2 language this means we can integrate with all providers.

Not unless you want toWe work with you in designing a robot into the pharmacy and part of the savings you get with the investment is a workflow which improves the overall dispensary operations. If you have already maximised these, then we simply design the root into your existing space, utilising the efficiency you have already created.

The CONSIS C autoloader, called A StockMasterautomatically identifies, scans, and loads medications into the robot with minimal staff involvement. This can save your team manual work each week putting stock away on shelves as well as time taken to mark stock off invoice. For pharmacies with limited staff or high prescription volumes, the autoloader is a game-changer in efficiency and accuracy.

No — this is incorrect. Willach is an official Fred marketplace supplier. Competitors who suggest otherwise are misleading you.

CONSIS.B questions

The CONSIS B is a German-engineered robotic dispensing system using channel technology to store and dispense medication quickly and accurately. It’s ideal for medium-to-high volume pharmacies looking to improve workflow efficiency and stock control.

Minimal travel distances of the picking mechanism enhance picking productivity. Where gravity chutes and perspex bins are used, each pack is delivered in 4-6 seconds to the workstation – halving the time required for manual picking.

The CONSIS B offers faster dispensing speeds, enhanced reliability, improved software, and greater storage density than earlier channel systems. It also features advanced hardware design for quieter, smoother operation.

Be it power failure or a computer crash, manually removing packages in an emergency is easy. Simply open the glass doors, remove the package – and you’re done!

The user-friendly intuitive CONSIS software is easy to use with the added convenience of the adjustable touch-screen monitor with integrated scanner and keyboard.

Medicine bottles are stored, dispensed and restocked quickly and easily without any need for double handling or specialised storage.

CONSIS B systems come in a range of sizes to suit your dispensary layout. They can be configured to fit compact or elongated spaces, with options for side- or rear-loading depending on workflow requirements.

Yes. CONSIS B integrates with all major Australian dispense systems, including Fred Dispense Plus, MINFOS, and Z Software, for seamless workflow and real-time stock updates.

Comprehensive on-site training is included as part of every installation. Our team ensures all staff are confident operating the system, managing stock, and performing basic maintenance tasks.

Typical installation and commissioning take around one week, depending on site readiness and integration requirements. Our project team manages all logistics to minimise disruption.

We provide full technical support, including remote diagnostics, scheduled maintenance, and rapid on-site response. Support plans are tailored to your pharmacy’s needs.

With regular servicing and proper use, a CONSIS B can operate efficiently for well over a decade. Many Willach customers continue using their systems reliably 10–15 years after installation.

Yes. The CONSIS B is the direct upgrade path from the CONSIS A, offering familiar technology with major advances in performance and reliability. Our team can assess your site for the most efficient upgrade plan.

FAMA is Willach’s premium shelving and drawer system, designed specifically for pharmacy environments. Engineered in Germany, FAMA systems maximise storage capacity, improve stock visibility, and create faster, more efficient dispensary workflows.

Unlike traditional retail shelving, FAMA drawers and shelves are purpose-built for pharmacy use. Each unit is precision-engineered to fit medication packaging, reduce picking time, and keep the dispensary clean and organised. The result is a professional workspace that supports accuracy, speed, and safety.

FAMA drawers are designed to reduce movement and streamline stock retrieval. They can be installed directly under the dispensary bench or within easy reach, allowing pharmacists to access stock quickly without leaving their workstation. This layout significantly improves dispensing speed and ergonomics.
