Online Learning

Willach Pharmacy Solutions provides access to skills units which are short online training modules that deliver bite sized chunks of learning to help you understand and manage the CONSIS robot.
Launched in September 2020, the online training program currently delivers training for A machines and B machines for both the CTS and Navigator user interfaces.
COURSE DURATION
Each unit takes around 5 minutes to complete and includes a short quiz to test your knowledge.
You will need access to a computer with speakers which can also play video.
At the successful conclusion of the Fundamentals program, you will be awarded a Certificate of Competition and will be ready to enrol in an Advanced CONSIS Management workshop held in your State.
SKILLS UNITS
In each experience level the CONSIS Skills Units include:
CONSIS FUNDAMENTALS
This is the traditional entry level training program. It is suitable for new dispensary staff members, or dispensary staff members who haven’t attended CONSIS training before or have not attempted the Fundamentals online training.
It is expected that attendees have a basic understanding of dispensary operations and experience in dispensing prescriptions with pharmacy dispensing software.
The program is conducted in the Willach Training Facility in Melbourne.

Each pharmacy has a CONSIS Learning Coordinator who is responsible for enrolling you in the training. You will need an email address and your Pharmacy’s Group Code to register.
