Bentleigh Corner Pharmacy partnered with Willach to create a redesigned dispensary that balances patient care with operational efficiency. The project included the installation of a CONSIS.B channel robot, a compact yet powerful solution that has transformed complex dispensary operations — from dosing and cannabis dispensing to packing and retail pharmacy. The new design not only enhanced the pharmacy’s aesthetic but also streamlined workflows, reduced dispensing time, and freed staff to spend more time with patients.
