    How to register your Pharmacy

    To get your store registered into the learning program, all we need you to do is fill in the form to the left here.

    If you own several pharmacies with a CONSIS, then please complete this form for each pharmacy.

    If you are in a partnership situation, we only require notification from one person.

    Once we have the necessary details, we will email the instructions on how to access your online learning program to your nominated CONSIS Learning Coordinator.
